This event forms part of the Norfolk School Games.

Entry is via the cluster qualifying competitions.

The aim of this event is to give as many different young people the opportunity to benefit from taking part in competitive school sport as possible. Schools are invited to bring boys and girls from Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 to take part in our Level 2 Cross Country races. The competition will be outside at Fritton Lake Outdoor Centre so please ensure your team are appropriately dressed for all weather.

12:00 pm     Year 3 Girls race (1,000m)

12:15 pm     Year 3 Boys race (1,000m)

12:30 pm     Year 4 Girls race (1,200m)

12:45 pm     Year 4 Boys race (1,200m)

1:00 pm       Year 5 Girls race (1,400m)

1:15 pm       Year 5 Boys race (1,400m)

1:30 pm       Year 6 Girls race (1,600m)

1:45 pm       Year 6 Boys race (1,600m)

2:15 pm       Results/Presentation

2:30 pm       Depart

The top ten finishers in each race will be invited to represent the South Norfolk SSP at the Norfolk School Games event on Friday 10th February 2017 at Gresham’s School, Holt.

We use a variety of digital and social media to promote all of our events including our SSP website, Facebook/Twitter profiles. Please ensure you make SSP staff aware of any children without photo/video consent prior to the start of the event. These children will be asked to wear a yellow armband throughout the event which will indicate that no photographs/videos should be taken of them.
