Teams must be a minimum of 4 students and up to 30 students, single gender or mixed. 

Routines can be any dance style and should be between 2 1/2 minutes and 4 minutes in duration.

Routines can be inspired by musicals, music videos, television, sport or social media but it encouraged that choreography is original or adapted.

The team can consist of a single age group or mixed age group within the school.

The competition is open to years 5-11.

The end date for videos to be sent is Thursday 9th May.

These performances would then be judged with the winning team going on to perform at the Summer Games.
