Over 230 pupils from the following schools took part in a Dance festival for 4, 5 and 6 year olds at Diss High School on Wednesday 12th May: All Saints – Winfarthing, Burston, Dickleburgh, Diss Infants, Garboldisham, Roydon, Scole, St. Andrews – N.Lopham, Tivetshall
Dance Coach Kathryn Harman warmed up the pupils to JLS ‘Beat again’ and then Dance Leaders from Diss High School choreographed a small routine to teach to small groups of pupils, which included turns, jumps, body rolls, front sweeps and hand waves. Each group then performed their routines to the whole audience
It was a fantastic day and it was superb to see so many young people learn some difficult moves with a smile on their face.
