Risk assessment will be sent to you before the event.

Please make sure you bring your own first aid equipment to the event although equipment will be available if necessary.  Please make sure you have appropriate clothing i.e. rain coats or sun hats

Please inform the event leader of any special need requirements before the event day.

Please make sure you have the correct ratio of staff to children at this event.

Should an event need to be cancelled we will try to give you as much notice as possible.
