With many pupils’ physical activity levels dropping, it is more important than ever for schools to harness the power of play, sport, physical activity and physical education. With that in mind, we have put together the Active Advent physical activity resource to encourage schools to take short movement breaks: encouraging regular physical activity throughout the school day.
