Keeping Active at Home

In these unprecedented times South Norfolk School Sport Partnership want to be able to support schools, teachers, parents and carers in understanding the importance of continuing with Physical Education (PE) whilst children and young people are inevitably going to be schooled in the home environment.

These pages are here to support you in providing active learning at home and ensure your child meets the Chief Medical Officers Physical Activity Guidelines of 60 active minutes per day. You will also find links to several useful resources.
