Diss Cluster Year 3 and 4 Tag Rugby

140 year three and four children participated in the Diss Cluster Primary School Tag Rugby Festival held at Diss High School on Monday 26th March. Fifteen teams from All Saints, Diss Junior, Garboldisham, Roydon and St Andrews Primary Schools played in a series of competitive, skilful, and closely contested games. Following the group stage, each team participated in a play off match against the equivalent placed team from the other pool. Garboldisham 1 won the festival having defeated Diss Junior 1 six tries to one in a high quality and exciting final.

The event was run by Key Stage 3 sports leaders from Diss High School. The twenty-one students from year 9 did a superb job of referring matches and supporting the children.

Well done to all teams who took part.
